卵巢癌患者医院感染相关因素分析及对策

Related factors for nosocomial infections in ovarian cancer patients and countermeasures

目的探讨卵巢癌妇科手术患者医院感染的相关因素及干预对策,为有效防止卵巢癌术后医院感染的发生提供依据。方法选取2008-2012年在医院行卵巢癌妇科手术患者180例作为研究对象,将出现医院感染的42例患者设为感染组,同时期未发生医院感染的138例患者为对照组;对比分析行卵巢癌妇科手术患者医院感染的相关因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,手术时间≥5 min(OR=5.10,95%CI=1.80～14.45)、年龄≥60岁(OR=1.85,95%CI=1.66～2.07)、出血量≥300ml(OR=6.01,95%CI=1.20～30.05),伴有慢性疾病(OR=2.90,95%CI=1.73～4.85)为卵巢癌妇科手术患者医院感染的独立危险因素。结论针对卵巢癌患者医院感染的相关危险因素,采取有效的干预措施,以降低卵巢癌患者医院感染的发生率。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the risk factors and countermeasures for nosoeomial infections in patients with ovarian cancer so as to effectively prevent the nosocomial infections in the ovarian cancer patients. METHODS A total of 180 cases of ovarian cancer patients who underwent gynecologic surgery between 2008 and 2012 were enrolled in the study, then 42 cases of patients with nosocomial infections were set as the infection group, and the rest of 138 cases without nosoeomial infections were set as the control group ; the related factors for the nosocomial infections were analyzed. RESULTS Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the operation duration more than 5min （OR=5.10;95%CI=1.80-14.45）, more than 60 years of age （ORal. 85;95%CI=1.66- 2.07）, the amount of bleeding （OR= 6.01 -- 95 %CI= 1.20 - 30.05）, and accompanied by chronic disease （OR= 2.90395 %CI= 1.73-4.85） were the independent risk factors for the nosocomial infections in the ovarian cancer patients undergoing gynecologic surgery. CONCLUSION In response to the related risk factors for the nosocomial infections in the ovarian cancer patients, the effective intervention measures should be taken so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
