军队医院等级评审医院感染管理质量改进的研究

目的探讨医院感染管理质量持续改进的原理和方法及其在军队医院等级评审过程中的绩效,以提高医院感染管理质量。方法将全面质量管理中PDCA循环的理论和方法运用到军队医院等级评审"围评价期"医院感染预防与控制管理全过程中,对医院感染迎检和管理操作实施程序化、规范化和标准化,并且及时监督反馈,落实医院感染改进的计划方案,达到医院感染控制的持续质量改进。结果通过PDCA循环的持续监测和反馈,不断发现和解决医院感染控制问题,医院感染管理质量获得持续改进,等级评审医院感染管理结果优良。结论军队医院等级评审过程中,应用PDCA循环管理能够促进医院感染预防和控制工作效能的持续改进,不断强化各级管理者的质量意识,有效改善医院感染薄弱环节,实现医院感染管理水平的全面提升,达到医院感染管理评审结果优良的目标。

OBJECTIVE To explore the principles and methods of continuous quality improvement in control of nosocomial infections and assess the achievements for the grade evaluation of the military hospital so as to improve the quality of nosoeomial infection control. METHODS The PDCA ＂theory and methods were employed in the whole process of prevention and control of nosocomial infections during the peri--evaluation period of grade assessment of the military hospital, and the programmed and standardized operations were performed to welcome the inspec- tion, the supervision was conducted to feedback in a timely manner, and the programs for the improvement of nosocomial infection control was implemented so as to achieve the continuous quality improvement. RESULTS The continuous improvements have been achieved through the continuous surveillance and feedback of PDCA and the solution of the problems in the nosoeomial infection control, and the hospital have achieved excellent outcomes in the grade assessment. CONCLUSION During the grade assessment of the military hospital, the PDCA can promote the prevention of nosocomial infections as well as the continuous improvement of work efficiency, continuously intensify the awareness of quality of the supervisors, and effectively improve the weakness of nosocomial infection control so as to elevate the level of nosocomial infection control in a comprehensive manner and achieve an excellent outcome of the assessment.
