番茄茎叶挥发物的气相色谱─质谱的定性分析

Qualitative Analysis of Essential Oil of Stem and Leaf in Tomatoes by GC-MS

采用气相色谱一质谱联机的分析方法分析了番茄茎叶中挥发油的组成。共分离出１５个组分．鉴定了１１种化合物、其主要成分为 β－水芹烯、 ３－己烯醇、 ２－己烯酮及 ２－己烯醇。 此外还发现了一种天然杀虫剂水杨酸甲酯。

The essential oil of stem and leaf in tomatoes was analyzed by GC-MS and 11 compounds in 15 peaks were identified. The major chemical constituents are β-phellandrene. 3-hexen-01, 2-hexenal. 2-hexen- 1 -01. Moreover a kind of natural insecticide -methyl salicylate was found in it.
