摘要
采用静电纺技术成功制备了负载TiO2的PVDF复合纤维膜,研究了TiO2对纤维膜的形貌结构,力学性能,热学性能以及对饮用水中三氯甲烷的降解性能的影响。SEM表明复合纤维的表面呈现粗糙的形貌特征,相对于PVDF纤维而言平均直径减小。力学性能测试结果表明由于TiO2溶胶的加入,PVDF复合纤维膜在干燥与湿润状态下的拉伸强度均减小,断裂伸长率均增大。DSC结果显示TiO2溶胶的加入使复合纤维膜的热焓值和结晶度均降低。研究结果表明负载TiO2的PVDF复合纤维膜对饮用水中的CHCl3具有良好的光催化降解能力。
PVDF composite fiber membranes containing TiO2 were successfully fabricated through electrospinning. The effects of the TiO2 on morphological structures, tensile properties, thermal properties and degradation of CHC13 in drinking water of the membranes were studied. The SEM images revealed that the surfaces morphologies of PVDF fibers possessed rough surface and the average diameter of PVDF fibers was reduced. The tensile testing results indicated that the tensile strength of the membrane was decreased, while the elongation at break of the membrane was increased in the dry and wet state due to the loading of the TiO2 sol. The DSC images showed that the enthalpy value and crystallinity of the mem brane was decreased owing to the loading of the TiO2 sol. The results showed that the membrane containing TiO2 had well photocatalytic degradation ability on CHCI3 in drinking water.
