有机化煤泥粉体的制备及其对聚乙烯的补强特性 被引量:3

摘要 以煤泥为原料,采用超细研磨和表面修饰技术,制备了有机化煤泥粉体。采用X射线衍射测试仪、粒度分析仪、接触角测定仪和松容重测试等进行表征。研究结果表明:磨剥改性不仅增强了煤泥的疏水性,而且降低了煤泥粒径,其接触角和中位粒径分别为118.30°和1.82μm。有机化煤泥粉体对聚乙烯材料具有良好的补强性能,当填充量为10%时,复合材料的屈服强度和断裂强度较纯聚乙烯分别从12.1和16.9MPa提高到了13.0和19.8MPa。 A novel organic modified powder based on coal slime was fabricated by the mill and surface modification technique. The X-Ray diffraction, particle size analysis, contact angle measuring instrument and sedimentation volume test were employed for the characterization of the samples. The results showed that the surface modification dramatically im proved the hydrophobicity of the powder with a contact angle of 118.30° and median particle diameter of 1.82μm. This kind of filler significantly improved the mechanical properties of the polyethylene. The composite filled with 10phr of coal slime increased the yield strength and breaking strength and from 12. 1 to 13. 0 MPa and 16.9 to 19.8MPa,respectively.
