摘要
采用平面投影法分析了空间曲柄——外摆杆机构的运动规律,在此基础上利用示力副法计算了该机构中间运动副处的约束反力,并利用计算机辅助动力学分析软件ADAMS对该运动副处的约束反力进行了仿真分析,通过仿真结果与理论计算结果的一致性分析,得出了该机构的若干重要结论,为该机构在工程中的应用提供了依据。
The motion law of space Crank - outsideswing mechanism is analyzed by using planar projection method, and on this basis, the constraint force of the middle movement pair of this mechanism is calculated by using show force pair method. Then, this mechanism is simulated by computer- aided dynamics analysis software ADAMS. Through the consistent analysis of the simulation results and theoretical analysis results some important conclusions are obtained. A theoretical basis for the applications of this mechanism is provided.
