摘要
通过对工程机械中的一种六边形铺砖装置的研究,结合MATLAB计算、Auto CAD二维绘图与CREO三维建模等软件的优势,提出了凸轮补偿机构的CAD设计方法,解决了六边形铺砖机构的行走与铺砖机的行走系统同步驱动的难题。在MATLAB编程环境下建立凸轮补偿机构数学模型,生成凸轮的理论轮廓曲线方程,导入Auto CAD进行中间处理,最后经CREO软件调用即可建立精确三维模型;经实验验证,该凸轮机构设计方法可靠。
Through the study of a hexagon paving device of engineering machinery, combined with the advantage of MATIAB, AutoCAD and CREO software, a kind of cam compensation mechanism design is put forward, the diffi- culty of paving machine synchronous drive is solved. The mathematical model of cam compensation mechanism is built under the MATLAB programming environment, the theoretical profile curve equation is generated and then import it in- to AutoCAD to process intermediation. Finally, a three - dimensional model is built by CREO software calling. The approach of cam mechanism design is reliable through the verification of test.
