变速器倒挡齿轮疲劳寿命的有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高某变速器倒挡齿轮的疲劳寿命,利用Hypermesh软件建立其有限元模型,通过有限元软件Nastran对齿根弯曲应力进行静力学强度的分析,得到了倒挡齿轮单齿弯曲应力,并通过理论计算验证了有限元结果的正确性;基于有限元应力分析结果,采用名义应力疲劳分析方法,通过Fatigue软件仿真得出倒挡齿轮疲劳寿命约为;提出氮化处理和喷丸强化方案,仿真结果表明,疲劳寿命有显著提高;同时,采用精密成形技术加工倒挡齿轮,生产实践表明,倒挡齿轮抗疲劳特性有明显提高。 In order to improve a transmission reverse gear fatigue life, using Hypermesh software, the finite ele- ment model is established. Tooth root bending statics stress analysis is carried out by the finite element software Nastran, the reverse gear single tooth bending stress is obtained, and the results are verified by theoretical calculation. Based on the finite element stress analysis results, according to the nominal stress fatigue analysis method, reverse gear fatigue life is obtained about by simulation of software Fatigue. Nitrogen treatment and shot peening are put forward, simulation results showed that the fatigue fife is increased significantly. At the same time, the precision fomling tech- nology of processing reverse gear, the production practice shows that the reverse gear anti - fatigue characteristics is improved significantly.
