Construction of Multifaceted Cooperation Mode of Vocational Education Supply:Study on the Enhancement of Supply Effectiveness

职业技能与技术更新周期不断缩短,难度不断增大的技能和知识含量要求更高质量的职业教育供给。然而,由于职教供求原则偏离、缺乏良好的发展氛围、市场需求导向功能不强等因素的影响,目前我国职教在学历和非学历职教供给方面面临困境,且供给低效。为此,我国应构建社会、职业学校、企业和个人多元参与的高效职教供给体系。

With the shortening of updating cycle of professional skills and technology and the increasing of difficulty of skills and knowledge contents,the requirement for high-quality vocational education supply is urgent.However,influencing by the factors that the supply principles of vocational education lack of conducive atmosphere,and the guidance function of market demand isn＇t fully exerted,the supply of vocational confronts with predicaments,and the supply is also inefficient.Therefore,the high efficient vocational education supply system participated by society,vocational schools,enter prises and individuals should be constructed in China.
