关于农民工教育培训问题的思考——以珠三角地区为例

Thinking on the Problem of Education and Training for Peasant Workers——Taking Pearl River Delta Region as an Example

农民工教育培训不仅有利于经济结构调整和产业升级,增加收入,建立和谐的劳资关系,也有利于提高农民工素质,促进其市民化。目前我国农民工教育培训工作取得了显著成绩,但也存在着地方政府对农民工教育培训管理服务不到位、培训内容脱节等问题。为此,要构建政府主导、多方参与的农民工教育培训体系,根据城镇化、工业化的要求,完善培训内容和培训方式,增强教学的针对性和实效性,搭建农民工教育培训服务平台。

Education and training for peasant workers are not only conducive to the economic structure adjustment and industrial upgrading,to increase the income of peasants,to establish harmonious labor relations,but also are good for improving the quality of migrant workers and promoting their urbanization.At present,remarkable achievements have been made in the education and training for migrant workers in China,but there are also some problems,such as the management of local governments on migrant workers＇ training are not in place,the training contents are disconnected.Therefore,we must establish a government-led,multi-party participated education and training system for migrant workers,improve the teaching contents and training methods according to the requirements of urbanization and industrialization,enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training,and build education training service platform for migrant workers.
