Reform Experience of Carrying out Guidance for Vocational Education Students in Finland

加强学生指导服务是芬兰增强职业教育吸引力的重要举措。这一做法拓宽了学生了解职业教育和工作生活信息的渠道,降低了芬兰职业学校学生的辍学率,具体做法为:明确学生指导服务的核心地位;分阶段进行学生指导,关注学生心理问题;配套实施多项"国家项目",以推动学生指导政策;注重法律监管,设置指导顾问。

Strengthening guidance for vocational students has been one of reform measures in improving the attractiveness of vocational education and training in Finland,which has expanded approaches for students to know the information about vocational education and working life and decreased the dropout rates of vocational schools students.The material experience include： clarifying the core status of students guidance service;carrying out phased guidance and caring stu dents＇ mental problems;carrying out various National Projects,and developing guidance policy;paying attention to legal monitoring and setting up guidance counselor.
