摘要
目的:研究白蔹的化学成分。方法:利用正反相硅胶、凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)等多种柱色谱法对白蔹化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为羽扇豆醇(1),β-谷甾醇(2),大黄素甲醚(3),β-谷甾醇亚油酸酯(4),丹皮酚(5),4-p-樟烷-1,8-二醇(6),香草醛(7),α-生育酚(8),α-生育醌(9),α-甲基吡咯酮(10),botcinins D(11),5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(12),4-酮松脂醇(13),bungein A(14),lasiodiplodin(15)。结论:化合物4~15均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Ampelopsis japonica.Method: Multichromatographic methods including Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography were employed for the isolation and purification.The structures were identified on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data.Result: Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as lupeol(1),βsitosterol(2),physeion(3),β-sitosterol linoleate(4),paeonol(5),4-p-menthane-1,8-diol(6),vanillin(7),α-tocopherol(8),α-tocopheryl quinone(9),α-methyl-pyrrole-ketone(10),botcinins D(11),5α,8αepidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(12),4-keto pinoresinol(13),bungein A(14),lasiodiplodin(15).Conclusion: Compounds 4-15 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
