一测多评法测定透骨香中儿茶素、白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的含量

Simultaneous Quantitative Analysis of Three Components in Gaultheria yunnanensis by Multi-Components Assay by Single Marker

目的:建立透骨香中儿茶素、白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的一测多评含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱,以中药透骨香为研究对象,以儿茶素为内参物,建立其与白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的相对校正因子,并进行含量测定,实现一测多评。同时采用外标法测定28批透骨香中儿茶素、白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的含量,验证一测多评法的准确性。结果:建立的校正因子重复性良好,采用校正因子计算的含量值与外标法实测值之间无显著差异。结论:以外标法测定儿茶素,利用相对校正因子实现对白珠树苷和滇白珠苷A测定是准确的、可行的,一测多评法可以用于特定的不同类型成分间的测定。

Objective： To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker（QAMS） for simultaneously determining catechin,gaultherin and gaultheroside A in G.yunnanensis.Method： A HPLC method was developed as QAMS to determine the three principal components in Gaultheria yunnanensis.Catechin was selected as the internal reference substance,and 2 relative correction factors（RCFs） to catechin were calculated.The method was evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results between external standard method and QAMS method.Result： No siginificant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method were observed.Conclusion： It is feasible and suitable to determine catechin,gaultherin and gaultheroside A in Gaultheria yunnanensis by QAMS,and this method can be used for a certain different types of compounds.
