关于建立健全民族政策评估制度的思考

Some Thinkings about Building and Completing the System of Assessment onthe Ethnic Policy of China

中国特色民族政策是解决国内民族问题的基本依据。建立健全民族政策评估制度,对于保障民族政策的科学性,验证民族政策的实效性,促进民族政策的与时俱进和完善创新具有重要意义。当前,我国的民族政策评估制度尚不健全,政策评估方法尚不够科学。建立健全民族政策评估制度,要着力实现民族政策评估的法制化,确立民族政策评估的权威主体,构建民族政策评估的信息平台,制定科学的政策评估指标体系,在评估方法上定性与定量相结合,完善政策评估结果的反馈与使用机制。

The ethnic policy with Chinese characteristics is the basic foundation forsolving ethnic problems.Building and completing the system of assessment on the ethnic policy is beneficial to the scientificity,effectiveness,development,and innovation of the ethnic policy.Till nowadays,the system and method of assessment on the ethnic policy has not been in perfect shape.Building and completing the system of assessment on the ethnic policy mainly means its legalization,information,indexation,as well as its feedback mechanism.
