摘要
以某典型汽车副车架衬套为试验对象,探讨了汽车底盘橡胶减振元件的道路行驶载荷谱缩减方法,介绍了对道路行驶载荷谱进行雨流统计的原则、载荷雨流矩阵转换为位移雨流矩阵和损伤矩阵的方法、橡胶件的有限元分析以及应变-寿命曲线获取方法等,并应用缩减的载荷谱进行了台架耐久试验。与道路试验结果对比表明,所提出的道路行驶谱载荷谱缩减方法可快速有效地对橡胶件的耐久性能进行评价,可节省试验资源、缩短产品开发周期。
This papers takes a typical vehicle subframe lining as test object to discuss the road load spectrum reduction method of chassis rubber damping elements and introduce the rainflow statistic rule,the method to transform load rainflow matrix to displacement rainflow matrix and damage matrix,rubber element FEA and the acquisition method of strain-life curve,durability test is carried out with the reduced load spectrum.Compared with road test results,the presented method can rapidly and effectively evaluate durability performance,save test resources and shorten product development cycle.
