摘要
对目前国内外用于水平定向钻穿越(Horizontal Directional Drilling,HDD)的单层熔结环氧粉末、双层熔结环氧粉末、熔结环氧粉末+聚氨酯面层、环氧涂层+环氧聚合混凝土面层、多层粉末涂层、聚乙烯防腐层的应用现状进行了分析。指出国外的定向钻穿越管道多数采用双层环氧,而国内定向钻穿越管道基本采用3LPE,结构比较单一。随着管道建设项目的增多和路由的限制,越来越多的管道将采用HDD技术进行施工,多层粉末涂层、熔结环氧粉末+聚氨酯面层、环氧涂层+环氧聚合混凝土面层将成为未来涂层的发展趋势,选择合理的涂层可在减少涂层损伤的同时保持较高的经济性。(表2,图8,参8)
This paper analyzes the application status of various global external coatings,including single-layer fusion bonded epoxy powder coating,dual-layer fusion bonded epoxy powder coating,fusion bonded epoxy powder coating+polyurethane top coating,epoxy coating+polyepoxy concrete surface layer,multi-layer powder coating and polyethylene anti-corrosion coating,in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) project,and points out that dual-layer epoxy coating is usually adopted for international HDD pipelines,but SLPE with a simple structure is often chosen for the domestic HDD pipelines.Due to the increasing pipeline construction projects and pipeline routing limitations,more and more pipelines will adopt HDD technique in the construction,and the future coating development trend is focused on multi-layer powder coating,fusion bonded epoxy powder coating+polyurethane top coating,epoxy coating polyepoxy concrete surface layer.The proper selection of pipeline coatings can reduce coating damages and maintain high economy.
