复尔康胶囊降低肿瘤化疗药物毒副反应的研究

Experimental study on Fuerkang capsule in reducing anti tumor chemotherapeutic agents' toxicity and side effects

目的研究复尔康胶囊对肿瘤化疗药物毒副反应的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为空白组、化疗药物组和化疗药物与复尔康胶囊合用组,观察复尔康胶囊对肿瘤化疗药物所致微核出现率和白细胞下降的影响;另取幼鼠随机分为空白组、化疗药物组和化疗药物与复尔康胶囊合用组,观察复尔康胶囊对免疫器官萎缩和巨噬细胞吞噬功能降低以及NK细胞活性的影响。结果复尔康胶囊对多种肿瘤化疗药物所致小鼠免疫器官萎缩,巨噬细胞吞噬功能降低,NK细胞活性下降,染色体畸变和白细胞减少等毒副反应有显著拮抗作用。结论复尔康胶囊是一种谱围极宽的肿瘤化疗减毒剂。

[ Objective ] To study the influence of Fuerkang capsules on cancer chemotherapy drugs toxicity and side-effect. [ Methods ] Mouse were randomly divided into blank group, chemotherapy drugs group and chemothera- py drugs and Fuerkang capsules share group. Then the effects of Fuerkang capsules on the decline of nuclear appear rate and the white blood cells caused by cancer chemotherapy drugs were observed; Another mouse were also divid- ed into three groups in the same way. The influence of Fuerkang capsules on immune organs atrophy and reduction of the function of macrophage cell and decline of the activity of NK cells were studied. [ Results ] Fuerkang capsules had a prominent antergic effect on mice immune organs atrophy, the reduce of the function of macrophage cell, the decline of NK cells activity, chromosome aberration and leukopenia and other toxicity and side effects caused by many kinds of cancer chemotherapy drugs. [ Conclusions ] Fuerkang capsules is a kind of broad-spectrum cancer chemotherapy reduction agent.
