热毒宁联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

Clinical effect of Reduning injection combined with Ribavirin on Herpangina

目的观察热毒宁联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的100例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分成治疗组50例和对照组50例,治疗组给予热毒宁及利巴韦林静脉点滴,对照组给予静脉点滴利巴韦林,两组治疗5 d为1个疗程,观察两组患者体温下降、口腔疱疹及溃疡消退情况。结果从发热、口腔疱疹及溃疡消退情况观察,治疗组病程明显短于对照组,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论热毒宁联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎可以提高临床疗效,缩短疗程,值得临床推广。

[ Objective ] To observe therapeutic effect of Redunning injection combined with Ribavirin on Her- pangina. [Methods] 100 children with Herpangina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Reduning injection and Ribavirin, where as the control group was treated with Ribavirin. Two groups were treated for a period of five days. The body temperature, deflorescence and oral ulceration were observed. [Results] The difference of total effective rate was significant between two groups. The cure days of treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group （P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusions ] Therapeutic effect of Re- duning injection combined with Ribavirin for Herpangina in Children is significant, which can ease symptoms and shorten the duration of illness.
