摘要
目的研发一种人体经络组织的光传输特性检测系统。方法该系统包括激光器系统、斩波器系统、激光光传输光纤、信号光收集光纤、光电探测器、2维步进控制结构以及计算机分析系统等。结果测量的最小间隔可以达到1 mm;平均一个点的测量时间只需要3.5 s,对于20 mm长的测量路径,如果每隔1 mm测量一个点,采样10次算平均值作为测量值,测完只需要72 s完成;由于对测量获得的数据保存都是计算机自动完成的,所以省去了人工记录数据等烦琐工作;测量结果可以通过强度图显示出来,一目了然。结论实验结果表明,系统稳定可靠,可明显提高测量精度和效率。
[ Objective ] To explore an optical transmission property detection system for main and collateral chan- nels inside the human body. [ Methods ] The detection system included laser detector, chopper, optical fiber for the laser transmission, optical fiber for photo-signal gathering, photo-detector, the 2 dimension step by step control structure and computer analytic system, etc. [ Results ] The detectable minimal distance is 1 mm. The detection time for per points just take 3.5 s. It only takes 72 s for 20 mm detection distance if detection of a point per 1 mm and determination of the same specimen consecutive 10 times the average checks. The measurements and images will be tun through the computer automatically, thereby the labor have been saved. The measurements were clearly defined through intensity histogram. [ Conclusions ] The measurement results indicate that this method is straightforward and its performance is stable. The accuracy and efficiency of detection had been significantly improved.
