摘要
介绍了CRH 380动车组车体防火结构体系及其施工工艺,在防火性能达标的前提下,寻求施工简便、成本更低的防火涂料,并以AKZO防火涂料和Sika防火涂料为例,分析了原材料特点、施工工艺、防火性能以及经济成本,对CRH 380动车组防火体系进行优化研究,探讨了动车组制造过程中防火涂料替代防火毛毡的可行性。
In this paper, Fire -proofing coating system technology used for CRH 380 E- MUs has been introduced. Taking the AKZO fire - proofing coating and Sika fire - proofing coating as examples, the characteristic of raw materials, manufacturing technology, fire - proofing performance and economic costs were analyzed. Fire -proofing system for CRH 380 EMU was optimized. The feasibility of replacement of fire - resistant blankets by fire - proo- fing coating in manufacturing process of EMU was discussed.
