摘要
针对人才流动频繁、角色定位不明、人才储备不足等队伍建设问题,从设计、培养与管理三个方面提出了学科馆员梯队建设的基本思路。(1)科学地设计梯队包括明确建设定位、梯队结构和岗位职责等;(2)制度化地培养梯队即制定长期培养规划、建立例行化的培养制度、组织常态化的服务评估;(3)从数量和质量两大方面动态化地管理梯队。
The subject librarian echelon construction of university library is discussed aiming at the problems of frequent movement, orientation and preservation. The basic idea of the subject librarian echelon construction is present here: ( 1 ) designing scientifically from three aspects of the building orientation, the echelon structure and the corresponding responsibilities ; (2) institu- tionalized culture including the long -term training plan, the routine training system establishment and the service evaluation normal- ization; (3) the dynamical management of quantity and quality.
