摘要
从战略指导、法律保障体系、主体和监督体系、指标体系四方面分析了加拿大公共图书馆的绩效评估体系,同时结合中国公共图书馆的现状,基于SWOT分析,提出要制定中国公共图书馆绩效评估工作战略规划,建立包括法制体系、主体结构、监督体系在内的保障体系,并提出了绩效评估指标体系的建议框架。
This paper analyzes the status quo of Canadian public libraries performance measurement system from strategic instruction, legal guarantee, responsibilities and supervising system and indicators system. Based on the situation of China public li- brary and the SWOT analysis, a strategic plan, a guarantee system consists of legal system, responsibilities, supervision system and an indicator system for performance measurement are proposed.
