公共图书馆与公民教育——以立人乡村图书馆为例

A Study of the Public Library and the Civic Education:A Case of the China Rural Library

论文以公民教育和公共图书馆中的教育所共有的自主性特点为线索,以着力于公民教育的立人乡村图书馆为案例,从其公民教育思想渊源,其以图书馆阅读推广活动为主体的公民教育方式,其公民教育的内容体系中公民知识、公民意识、公民行为和公民能力各方面的不同情况,观察公共图书馆与公民教育之关系。

Beginning with the educational function and role of public library, the paper differentiates the regular terms con- taining the word of education in library science and points out that the civic education may be the essential part of the education in li- brary. Then following the clue of self - determination, a shared character of the civic education and the education in library, taking the China Rural Library as a case, through its educational theoretical origin, its educational manner of reading promotion, its educa- tional contents, the paper looks into the relationship between the public library and the civic education.
