摘要
研究了回火处理对06Ni9DR钢力学性能和微观组织的影响。结果表明,随回火温度升高,钢中逆转变奥氏体含量增多,低温冲击韧性增加,同时基体组织得到净化,强度先升后降。580℃回火时,随保温时间的减少,钢的强度升高,塑性、韧性降低,塑性低于标准值;QLT热处理的最佳回火工艺为580℃×60 min。
Influence of tempering on mechanical properties and microstructure of 06NigDR steel were researched. The results show that with tempering temperature increasing, the amount of reversed austenite and low temperature impact toughness increase. Meanwhile, the matrix is purified and the strength first increases and then decreases. Tempered at 580 ℃, with hold time decreasing, the strength of the steel increases, plasticity and toughness decreases, plasticity is lower than the required value. The optimum tempering for QLT process of the steel is 580 ℃ for 60 min.
