摘要
对MC5钢冷轧辊锻后预备热处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明,按常规工艺处理后,MC5冷轧辊网状碳化物组织为3级,碳化物颗粒大部分超过2μm,不能满足生产要求。根据Thermo-calc热力学软件计算出MC5钢平衡相图,确定合适的工艺参数为1050℃高温加热淬火+740℃回火,经新工艺处理后组织均匀、细致;碳化物网基本消除,按标准评级小于1级;碳化物颗粒细小基本在2μm以下,均在技术要求范围之内。高温固溶后采用水淬加喷淋淬火的冷却方式,可有效避免网状碳化物产生,目前该工艺已取得良好生产效果。
Pre-heat treatment of MC5 steel cold roll after forging was investigated. The results show that, by the conventional process, the carbide network structure and carbide particle size of the roll is 3 grade and over 2 μm respectively, which can't meet production requirements. The reasonable process parameters 1050 ℃ high temperature heating and quenching and 740 ℃ tempering are determined based on the equilibrium phase diagram calculated with Thermo-calc thermodynamics software. After treated by the new process, the microstructure is uniform and fine, carbide network is eliminated basically and less than 1 grade according to standard, the carbide particle size is less than 2μm, that all in the range of technology requirements. The carbide network can be effectively avoided by the water cooling and spray quenching after high temperature solid solution, and the improved process has the good effect in production.
