摘要
1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢螺栓在航空发动机装配中出现断裂,按现行工艺(1010℃淬火+630℃回火)返淬后在610℃回火,产品合格,但回火温度与GJB 2294—1995规定不符。对比了1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢分别在按GJB 2294—1995规定热处理制度(1010℃淬火+670℃回火)及现行工艺返淬在610℃回火的组织性能及断口形貌。结果表明,两种工艺下组织均为回火索氏体;1010℃淬火+670℃回火试样的硬度较低,为韧性断裂;按现行工艺返淬在610℃回火试样的冲击韧性更靠近标准要求下限值,为脆性断裂。
The 1Crl 1Ni2W2MoV steel look fractured in the aero-engine assemblage, the products qualified according to the current process (1010 ℃ quenching +630 'E tempering) and then repeatedly 1010 ℃ quenching + 610 ℃ tempering, but the tempering temperature did not conform to GJB 2294--1995. The microstructure and properties, fracture morphologies of the steel treated under 1010 ℃ quenching + 670 ℃ tempering and the current process then repeatedly 1010 ℃ quenching + 610 ℃ tempering were compared. The results show that the microstructure is tempered sorbite at two kinds of processes. Hardness of the steel quenched at 1010 ℃ and tempered at 670 ℃ is lower, and the fracture is ductile. Impact toughness of the steel treated at the current process then 1010 ℃ quenching + 610 ℃ tempering is more close to the standard limit value, and the fracture is brittle.
