摘要
研究了V、Nb对Mn-Mo-Ti系耐火钢CCT曲线及组织性能的影响。结果表明,微量V、Nb使Mn-Mo-Ti系耐火钢CCT曲线右移,但对Ac1和Ac3临界点影响不明显。V、Nb使Mn-Mo-Ti系耐火钢不同冷却速度下的组织细化,提高了Mn-Mo-Ti系耐火钢强度。
Effects of V and Nb on CCT curves of Mn-Mo-Ti fire-resistant steel and its microstructure and properties were researched. The resuhs show that CCT curves of the steel right to shift with V, Nb adding, but Acl and A% has no obviours changes. The microstructure of the steel is fined by adding V, Nb at different coiling rates and the strength is improved also.
