摘要
织构化表面在减摩耐磨领域中的应用越来越广泛。利用聚焦离子束(FIB)在TiAlN涂层刀具前刀面加工微织构,将有限元计算仿真与车削实验相结合,探讨微织构对涂层刀具切削性能和摩擦学性能的影响。研究发现:表面微织构化有利于改善刀具表面切削温度分布,降低切削温度,提高刀具耐磨性。同时,表面织构化后的涂层刀具的主切削力略有增大。
Surface texture has been widely used for wear reducing and wear resistant. Micro-textures were prepared on the rake face of the TiAlN coated tools by Focused Ion Beam (FIB). Effect of the micro-textures on cutting performance and tribological properties of coated tools were studied by finite element simulation and cutting test. Results showed that micro-texture was benefi- cial to improve temperature distribution on the surface of the coated tool. Cutting temperature of the coated tool with micro-texture was lower than un-textured one. Compared with un-textured coated tool, wear resistance of the coated tool with micro-texture was improved. At the same time, main cutting force of the coated tool with micro-texture increased slightly.
