摘要
对某轨检车转向架构架进行强度试验,通过磁粉和超声波探伤的方法检查转向架构架是否有开裂危险;在静强度下测得各布置测点的最大应力和最小应力,并将各测点平均应力和应力幅代入Goodman疲劳极限包络线中,从而评定转向架构架是否满足疲劳强度要求,为转向架构架的可靠运行提供保证。
A strength test on a track inspection car bogie frame through reasonable testing program,detecting the risk of cracking by the methods of magnetic particle and ultrasonic inspection;the maximum stress and minimum stress of each test point in all of the work conditions is tested by static strength test, the average stress and stress amplitude is calculated and filled into the enve- lope of the Goodman fatigue limit, in order to assess whether the bogie frame meet the requirements of the fatigue strength, and to provide a guarantee for reliable operation of the bogie frame.
