基于换向声音识别的泵送协同作业系统研究

摘要 混凝土设备施工时,往往需要搅拌车与泵送设备协同作业,搅拌车卸料速度应根据泵送速度实时变化,从而保证泵送设备料斗中存有充足的混凝土。目前,搅拌车卸料大多为手动控制,难以使卸料速度与泵送速度保持一致。为解决上述问题,通过采集、处理泵送设备的换向声音,实时判断泵送设备的当前排量,并通过换算获取搅拌车卸料速度,使得搅拌车与泵送设备协同工作。 When mixer truck and pump equipment construct collaboratively, mixer truck unloading speed need to change accord- ing to the pumping speed. While mixer truck unloading is manually controUed, it is not easy to make the unloading speed and pumping speed maintaining a consistent. Aiming at this problem, we design a set of system. With the application of this system in the mixer,it can judge the current displacement by transform direction voice of pump equipment, and control mixer truck unloa- ding speed by the displacement, then achieve.the pump equipment and mixer truck work collaboratively.
