摘要
桥式起重机是起重机中的一种,广泛应用于各个矿厂企业。桥式起重机的主要承载结构——主梁的重量占整机重量的比重最大。采用有限元分析方法,在静态分析的基础上,以主梁腹板的厚度、加筋板的尺寸为优化设计变量,以主梁重量为目标函数建立有限元模型。应用ANSYS软件对起重机主梁进行结构有限元分析,结合结构优化导重法进行优化设计,在保证强度满足需求的前提下减轻主梁的重量,从而提高桥式起重机的整体性能。
The bridge crane is one kind of cranes widely used in general plants. The welded box girder is the major loaded part and it' s weight take the major part of the machine' s total weight. Finite element analysis method is used, on the basis of static a- nalysis ,with the width of girder web and the measurements of stiffened plate as design variables ,the weight of girder as objection function, an optimal model is established. The structure' s finite element analysis of girder is done in ANSYS, structural optimiza- tion was actualized by using guide-weight method to improve the structural strength and reduce weight, so as to enhance the over- all performance of bridge crane.
