膀胱尿路上皮癌的亚型及其临床意义 被引量：8

摘要 尿路上皮具有多向或异向分化能力，可出现多种分化形式及多种变异亚型，由此发生的肿瘤被称为尿路上皮伴异向分化，WHO（2004）泌尿系统肿瘤分类中浸润性尿路上皮的组织学变异类型有13种，约占尿路上皮癌（urothelialcarcinoma，UC）的15％，这些亚型同样起源于尿路上皮细胞，可以单独存在也可以合并移行细胞癌或其他亚型，治疗方法及预后与典型UC有较大差异，外科医师认识这些变异对于采取合理的治疗方案非常重要。现将UC各亚型的临床特征、治疗和预后分析综述如下。
