经白膜单件替换人工尿道括约肌袖套修复尿道侵蚀的经验体会 被引量:6

摘要 尿道侵蚀是人工尿道括约肌(artifieial urinary sphincter,AUS)植入术术后严重并发症之一,既往认为一旦发生尿道侵蚀,应取出袖套、储水囊及控制泵等整套装置,待尿道愈合后,再植入新装置。我们探索采用经阴茎海绵体白膜单件替换AUS袖套修复1例尿道侵蚀患者,现报告如下。
