磁共振快速动态增强诊断眶部海绵状血管瘤35例价值分析

Analysis of fast dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of 35 cases of orbital cavernous hemangioma

目的研究眼眶海绵状血管瘤的动态MRI征象，探讨磁共振动态增强扫描诊断和鉴别诊断海绵状血管瘤的价值。方法对35例经手术病理证实的眼眶海绵状血管瘤患者的磁共振征象进行回顾性分析。所有患者均行MRI动态增强扫描。结果35例海绵状血管瘤患者中32例显示“渐进性强化”征象，3例显示整体均匀强化。结论“渐进性强化”是诊断海绵状血管瘤的特异性征象。

Objective To study the MRI findings of orbital cavernous hemangioma, and the val- ue of diagnosing and differential diagnosing the cavernous hemangioma with fast dynamic contrast-en-hanced MRI. Methods Thirty-five cases of orbital cavernous hemangioma were proved by surgery and pathology. All the 35 cases adopted contrast-enhanced MRI, retrospectively studied the conwentional en-hanced MRI scan. Results In the 35 cases of orbital cavernous hemangioma, 32 cases revealed progres-sive and homogeneous filling of the mass, and 3 cases revealed overall uniform intensive magnetic reso-nance. Conclusions ＂Progressive enhancement＂ is a pathognomonic sign of cavernous hemangioma which is different from other tumors.
