腹膜外结肠造口术在肛管直肠癌治疗中的临床效果

Clinical effect of extraperitoneal colostomy on the treatment of anorectum carcinoma

目的探讨腹膜外结肠造口术在肛管直肠癌治疗中的临床效果。方法对42例肛管直肠癌患者施行腹膜外结肠造口术，观察造口并发症和排便功能改善睛况。结果42例腹膜外结肠造口术患者经6～18个月的随访，除有2倒出现造周围皮肤炎外，尚未发现其他并发症。并发症发生率为4．76％，33例患者获排便感。结论腹膜外造口具有并发症少、排便功能好、易于术后管理等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of extraperitoneal colostomy on anorec- tuna carcinoma. Methods The data of 42 patients with rectal carcinoma received extraperitoneal colosto-my, from Aug 2003 to Apr 2011 in our hospital were reviewed. The complications of extraperitoneal co-lostomy and defecation function were observed. Results The 42 patients with extraperitoneal eolostomy were followed-up for 6 - 18 months. Two of them suffered from skin inffammation around the colostomy, other complications weren＇ t found. The incidence of complications was about 4.76% and 33 patients got defecate feeling. Conclusions The extraperitioneal colostomy has the advantages of less complications, better fuctions of defecation and easier management after operation.
