重楼最佳炮制工艺的正交试验优选 被引量:2

摘要 目的优选重楼的最佳炮制工艺。方法以润制温度、润制时间、干燥温度、干燥时间为考察因素,用L9(34)正交实验表安排试验,以重楼皂苷总量、薯蓣皂苷元含量、水分为指标,采用综合加权评分法进行数据分析,优选工艺条件。结果最佳炮制工艺为润制温度60℃,润制时间30 min,干燥温度65℃,干燥时间45 min。结论结果表明该工艺简单、可靠、适应于重楼炮制生产。 Objective To optimize the technology processing of Paris polyphylla. Methods Taking the embellish system temperature, embellish system time, drying temperature and drying time as the investigate factors, arranging the experience by L9 (34) table of orthogonal experiment, with the total polyphyllin, diosgenin, moisture as the index, to analyze the date by eompreheasive evaluation of multiple marks and optimization the technology process. Results The optimized processing technology is Embellish system temperature 60℃, embellish system time 30 minutes, drying temperature 65 ℃ and the drying time 45 minutes. Conclusion The optimization technology of Paris polyphylla is simple, reliable, repeatable and suitable for production in process.
