溃疡性结肠炎常用中药性味归经研究

Study of Nature Flavor and Channel Tropism in Common Use for Ulcerative Colitis

目的研究溃疡性结肠常用药物性味和归经的规律和特点,为溃疡性结肠炎的中医临床治疗提供借鉴。方法借鉴循证医学和流行病学的思路与方法,系统检索中国学术期刊全文数据库近10年来的相关文献,将符合纳入标准和排除标准的100篇溃疡性结肠炎的中医治疗文献中的用药和药物归类,用SPSS 17.0软件对其性、味、归经进行统计分析。结果对所涉及的"性"进行描述统计发现溃疡性结肠炎用药主要是温性(占31.8%),其次是微寒(占21.2%)、寒性(占15.1%)、平性(占15.1%),此4性占到了全部用药药性的83.2%,其它药性使用较少;味则以苦味(32.2%)为先,其次为甘(30%)、辛(27.3%),此3味占到了全部用药药味的89.5%,其它药味则使用较少;"归经"以归脾经(22.36%)的药物为最,其次是归胃经(18.63%)、肺经(13.66%)、肝经(13.04%)、大肠经(11.8%)的药物。结论苦寒入脾经药物为治疗溃疡性结肠炎的常用药,具有清热燥湿、健脾和胃功能是溃疡性结肠炎中药治疗的重要作用。

Objective To study nature and flavor and ehannel tropism of herbs in common use for Ulcerative colitis （UC）. Meth- ods On the base of reference ideas and methods of evidence- based medieine and epidemiology,we choose the 100 literatures of Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis by searching related documents in recent 10 years from CNKI. Then we collected and classified the nature, flavor, and channel tropism of herbs in common use for UC. And we used SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The involved hature to describe the statistical treatment of ulcerative colitis found mainly warm, followed by the slightly cold, cold, flat, the four nature accounted for 83.2%. Medication to hitter taste as the most, followed by the bitter, acrid herbs, the sweet,pungent herts,the three flavors aecounted for 89.5% of all drug flavor, the use of other flavors are less. Channel tropism to spleen by the drugs is the most, followed by the stomach, lung, liver, large intestine medicine. Conclusion - Based on the analysis of the nature and flavor and channel tropism, we could see bitter cold herbs which are spleen channel tropism are eommon used in ulcerative colitis. The important therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on ulcerative colitis （ UC ） was clearing away heat and eliminating dampness, strengthening the spleen and regulating stomach
