摘要
研究火炮制退器设计优化问题,炮口附近流场超压值分布和制退效率是研究制退器结构优化控制问题时所要考虑的重要目标。为了优化设计,提出一种新型炮口制退器的火炮炮口流场的超压分布模型,分别对无炮口装置和带新型类冲击式炮口制退器的炮口流场进行数值仿真。结果显示,所用的制退器结构能有效降低炮口区域超压值,在周围区域不同点的压力监测值也有相同的衰减效果,在制退器后方冲击波超压值较低,对炮手影响较小。最后利用数值仿真结果表明,设计的制退器提高了效率。研究有助于理解冲击波的特征,并为小口径武器系统制退器的优化设计提供参考。
Flow field superpressure value distribution about the muzzle and muzzle brake efficiency were important parameters in the study of optimizing muzzle brake structure.To study the Flow field superpressure value distribution about the muzzle and muzzle brake efficiency of an artillery with late-model muzzle brake,we made numerical value simulation for the flow field about the muzzle of the device without muzzle and the late-model muzzle brake repectively.The results showed that the late-model muzzle brake present in this article can significantly reduce the superpressure value about the muzzle.Pressure mornitoring value of peripheral regions presented the same decay effect,and shockwave superpressure value behind the muzzle brake was low,so that can hardly influence the artillerist.Finally,we calculated the efficiency of muzzle brake with simulation data.The study can help to understand the characteristics of shockwave,and provide reference for small caliber weapon design.
