摘要 在对高炮自动机动态性能进行优化时,为了得到高炮发射时自动机的动力学特性,在对自动机结构特点研究分析的基础上,根据设计参数要求,采用UG和ADAMS软件进行了自动机虚拟样机模型建立和动力学响应优化计算。模型中,构件间的接触和碰撞关系全部采用Solid to Solid接触力实现,添加的载荷应用IF函数和SENVAL函数控制。采用传感器与脚本控制仿真过程,对火炮在0度射角射击下三连发时自动机的动力学响应进行了仿真分析,仿真结果为全炮优化设计提供了基础。 During the period of optimizing the dynamics performance of automatic mechanism,in order to understand the dynamic behavior of Anti-Aircraft gun's automatic mechanism,a virtual prototype of the automatic mechanism was set up using the UG and ADAMS software package,and its dynamic responses were analyzed.In the prototype,the contacts of solid to solid were used to simulate the contact and impact among the associated components,the functions of IF and SENVAL were used to control the force,and the script with sensors simulation method was used to analysis the response of the automatic mechanism.Finally,the dynamic responses of this automatic mechanism in continuous firing of three rounds were simulated using the prototype,and it helps to simulated anti-aircraft gun system.
