互联网经济下,企业网络创新能力比单个企业创新能力更加重要。互联网经济本质上是一种创新经济,存在节点创新与网络价值的正反馈机制、软件创新和硬件创新的正反馈机制、企业创新与产业地位的正反馈机制。价值网络创新架构要素包括核心企业、节点企业和客户。核心企业创新战略引领者地位增强并组织平台实现创新;节点企业呈现出模块化的特征,并以大量弱联系改变价值网络的创新特性;客户作为价值提供者进入价值网络创新体系。价值网络通过制度创新和管理创新实现有效的技术创新。企业价值网络制度创新路径,包括利益分配机制、知识产权联盟、内部创业制度和网络研发基金等。企业价值网络管理创新路径,包括大数据管理、物联网管理和网络文化理念构筑等。

In the internet economy, the ability of net work innovation is more important than the ability of single enterpeise. The nature of value network is innovation in the internet economy environment, which has software innovation and hardware innovation positive feedback mechanism, net nods innovation and the value of net positive feedback mechanism, enterprise innovation and industry status positive feedback mechanism. The enterprise net value has three elements, including the core enterprise, nod enterprises and customers. The innovation strategy leading status of core enterprise is improved and platform is built to develop innovation. Modularization and a lot of weak ties is the characteristic of nod enterprises of value net. Customers become an important part of value network. The value net develops technological innovations through institutional innovation and management innovation. The paths of institutional innovation include： interests distribution mechanism, intellectual property alliance, internal entrepreneurship and network R＆D funds. The paths of management innovation include： big data management, internet of things management and network culture concept design.
