摘要
公务员制度是一国行政体制的重要组成部分。随着公务员制度在我国的确立和发展,学术界也开始了相应的研究和探索。目前,在公务员分类制度、录用制度、晋升制度、绩效考核、工资管理、道德机制建设等诸多层面都急需学术界作出深入的研究。在未来的研究中,学术界应关注以下共性问题:强调对基本问题的探讨;区分公私管理的异同;加强东西方比较研究;增加调查研究的支持。
The civil service is an important component of a country's administrative system. With the establishment and development of the civil service system in China, researches and explorations are conducted accordingly. In-depth researches are needed on the current frontier issues, such as classification, recruitment, promotion, performance, compensation and moral construction. Through the analysis of these issues, the paper puts forward a few suggestions for future researches, which include emphasizing on the basic theoretical system, distinguishing the public and private management, strengthening comparative studies between China and the West, and combing the normative and empirical research.
