摘要
为了解决保德煤矿高瓦斯工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚导致瓦斯超限的问题,以81304工作面为研究对象,分析了上隅角瓦斯来源,提出了在联络巷埋管对采空区进行抽采,通过调整抽采量,吊挂倾斜风障和在回风巷安设增压板闭等一系列措施,局部改变通风系统使上隅角后部形成一个负压范围,将上隅角风流方向由出风变为进风,形成类似于Y型通风的上隅角综合瓦斯治理技术。实施该技术后,工作面上隅角和2号回风巷瓦斯体积分数下降幅度高达50%,上隅角瓦斯体积分数始终保持在0.5%以下,并结合Fluent数值模拟,从理论上证明了此瓦斯综合治理技术能有效改变上隅角附近的局部通风系统和瓦斯浓度分布。
In order to overcome the gas overrunning problem by accumulation in the upper corner of working face in Baode Mine ,taking the 81304 working face as the research object, the gas source in the upper corner was analyzed.The comprehensive gas treatment technology which contain draining with league lane of buried pipes in goal and adjusting the flow,hanging the inclined wind shade,and installing the pressurization board were put forward.A negative pressure range was formed by change local ventilation system, which made the wind corner direction from out to in, guide the flow direction of the upper corner into the goal, and the into the drainage pipe.After the application,the gas concentration of the upper corner and the No.2 return tunnel decline reached to 50%.The gas concentration of the upper comer re- mained below 0.5%.It was theoretically proved with the numerical simulation of Fluent that the comprehensive gas treatment technology could effectively change the local ventilation system and gas concentration distribution near the upper comer.
