北京市健身房空间布局研究

Research on the Spatial Distribution of Gymnasiums in Beijing

采用GIS地理模型分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对北京市健身房布局分布现状进行研究。研究认为:北京市健身房空间布局具有空间分布范围呈现以长安街中段以北为中心的标准椭圆,空间分布沿主要交通线分布的趋势比较明显,空间分布在五环内呈现多个密集区域的3个宏观分布特点。根据人本主义因素分析及中心地理论的空间布局分析,对北京市健身房空间分布的现状作出评价。研究认为,从区域经济、交通可达性角度来说北京市健身房空间分布现行状态较为合理,而从居民游憩健身需求的角度来说应加强健身房社区化导向。基于对北京市健身房空间布局现状的评价,对其空间分布策略和实际选址的建议为:从微观角度来看,选址应满足社区功能完善需求以及居民游憩健身功能需求。而从宏观角度上来说,应当使健身房分布向较低级的中心蔓延,减小实际服务半径,以满足市民健身需求。

Adopting the research methods of GIS models and mathematical statistics, the present thesis sets to research on the the spatial distribution of gymnasiums in Beijing. The results show that the spatial distribution of gymnasiums in Beijing exhibits three macro features. First, the distribution manifests the shape of a standard oval centered the north of Middle Changan Avenue. Second, the distribution shows an obvious trend along the major routes. Third, the gymnasiums are distributed spatially in multiple concen- trated regions within the 5th Ring Road. Based on humanistic factor analysis and geographical center theo- ry, the research conducts an evaluation on current situation of the spatial distribution of gymnasiums in Beijing. And the thesis concludes that from the perspective of regional economy and transportation acces- sibility, the current spatial distribution of gymnasiums in Beijing is comparatively rational, while commu- nity-based orientation of gymnasiums should be improved from the perspeetive of the recreation fitness demands of urban residents. Based on the evaluation of the current situation of the spatial distribution of gymnasiums in Beijing, the thesis proposes on the spatial distribution strategy and actual sites that the de- termination of gymnasiums site should meet the needs of the functional requirements of the eommunities and the residents from the micro point of view, while distribution of gymnasiums should spread to lower --level urban eenters and the actual service radius should be reduced, so as to meet the fitness demands of the residents from the macro point of view.
