摘要 目的研究首发、未经药物治疗的抑郁症患者胰岛素抵抗水平。方法测定首发、未经抗抑郁药物治疗的抑郁症患者(n=40)的空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)水平;采用血清甘油三酯和血糖所得简易指数评估受试者胰岛素抵抗水平,并与健康正常人(n=40)进行对照。结果抑郁症患者的FPG、TG[分别为(5.1±1.4)mmol/L,(1.1±0.6)mmol/L]与对照组[分别为(4.7±1.2)mmol/L、(0.9±0.4)mmol/L]无显著差异;而简易胰岛素抵抗指数(4.56±0.26)则较对照组(4.42±0.22)显著增高(t=2.598,P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者在接受抗抑郁药物治疗前即存在胰岛素抵抗水平的增高。 Objective To identify the insulin resistance in first episode, drug-naive depressed patients. Methods The first episode,drug-nave depressed patients（n： 40）and healthy controls（n= 40） were enrolled in the present study. Fasting plasma glu- cose（FPG）and triglyceride（TG）were measured and simple insulin resistance index were calculated. ReSults Neither FPG nor TG in depressed patients was not significantly different from that in healthy controls（t： 1. 382,1. 753;both P〉0. 05） while the simple insulin resistance index in the former was significantly higher than that in the latter （t = 2. 598,P=0. 014）. Conclusion There might exist elevated insulin resistance in depressions before antidepressant therapeutics.
