军队医院护士心理健康状况及应对方式

Mental Health and Coping Style of Nurses in Military Hospitals

目的探讨军队医院护士的心理健康状况、应对方式及其关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、症状自评量表、简易应对方式问卷,对266名军队医院护士进行调查。结果①军队医院护士症状自评量表(SCL-90)得分均低于常模(t=-19.890,P<0.01);②应对方式与常模比较,消极应对方式低于常模(t=-36.093,P<0.01),积极应对方式与常模间无显著性差异;③消极应对方式与SCL-90总分呈显著正相关(r=0.159,P<0.01),积极应对方式与SCL-90总分无相关。结论与常模比较,军队医院护士心理健康状况较好,采取消极应对方式越少,心理健康状况越好。

Objective To investigate the current status of mental health and coping style of nurses in military hospital and their relationship. Methods A total of 266 nurses were recruited and investigated with the Common Questionnaire,SCL-- 90 and Sim- plified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results ①The scores of SCL--90 of nurses in military hospital were significantly lower than the Chinese norm （t =-19. 890,P〈0.01） ②Compared with the health adults of Chinese norm on the coping style,nurses got less marks on inactive coping style（t=-36. 093 ,P〈0. 01）,but there was no significant difference between nurses and Chinese norm on the energetic coping style（t= 0. 506,P〉0.05） ;~）The inactive coping style had a positive correlation with the total score of SCL-- 90（r=0. 159,P〈0.01）,While there was no correlation between energetic coping style and SCL--90（r=-0. 104,P〉0.05）. Con- clusion The nurses＇ mental health is better than the adult norm,the inactive coping style score is lower than the adult norm. The inactive coping style does bad to the mental health of nurses in military hospital.
