摘要
目的探讨绘画治疗对精神分裂症患者自尊水平的影响。方法将60名病情稳定的长期住院精神分裂症患者随机分成2组,对干预组在原有治疗的基础上进行3个月的绘画创作治疗,在干预前、后分别采用自尊量表进行评定。结果绘画创作治疗后干预组患者的自尊量表得分显著高于对照组(t=5.755,P<0.01)。结论绘画创作治疗可以提高精神分裂症患者的自尊水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of painting therapy on self-esteem of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 60 patients with stable ,long-term hospitalized schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups ,the intervention group received painting therapy for three months,before and after the intervention,Self-esteem Scale was used to assess. Results After painting therapy,patients in intervention group scored significantly higher self-esteem score than that of the control group（t= 5. 755,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Painting therapy can improve the self-esteem of patients with schizophrenia.
