摘要
目的探索主动干预对提高心理不健康高中生的心理健康水平所起的作用。方法采用整群抽样的方法对心理健康选修课的学生进行SCL-90心理健康检测,并将心理不健康(SCL-90各因子分>2.5)的学生作为实验组,对其进行为期10周的主动心理干预,将心理健康的学生作为对照组,不对其进行任何心理干预。结果①实验组在实验后心理不健康人数由原来的29人下降到实验后的4人(13.79%),有25人(86.21%)的SCL-90因子分<2,心理健康状况有了明显改善;②干预前实验组在心理健康各因子及总分上均高于对照组(t=5.35,7.35,8.80,7.00,6.83,2.62,5.19,4.01,7.36,3.31,10.82;P<0.01),干预后实验组在躯体化、偏执、其他3个因子上得分与对照组的差异无统计学意义(t=1.20,1.16,0.06;P>0.05);③干预后,实验组的心理健康各因子得分(除敌对因子外)均低于实验前的得分(t=4.18,4.50,4.59,4.69,4.00,1.83,5.38,3.42,5.31,3.17,1.49;P<0.01)。结论主动干预对心理不健康高中生的心理健康状态的改善具有良好的效果。
Objective To explore the effect of active intervention on improving meptal health of high school students. Methods Using cluster sampling method and SCL--90 to investigate the mental health of the public course psychological counseling stu- dents, students whose SCL--90 score were above 2.5 were as the experimental group ,to carry out the active intervention for a peri- od of 8 weeks of psychological,students with good mental health were regarded as a control group that did not carry out any psy- chological interference. Results ① In experimental group,after the interference experiment,unhealthy people were from 29 down to 4(13.79 % ),there were 25 students(86.21 %)whose factors scores of SCL--90 were〈2,their mental health had improved sig- nificantly ; ②Before the intervention,, factors scores and the total score of SCL-- 90 were higher in the experimental group than control group((t=5.35,7.35,8.80,7.00,6.83,2.62,5.19,4.01,7.36,3.31,10. 82;P〈0. 01) ,after the intervention,there were no significant differences between two groups on somatization,paranoid,other factors (t = 1.20,1.16,0.06;P〉0.05) ;③After the intervention,the experimental group of mental health,all factors scores in addition to the hostility were lower than before experi- ment(t=4.18,4.50,4.59,4.69,4.00,1.83,5.38,3.42,5.31,3.17,1.49;P^0.01). Conclusion Active intervention is effective in improving mental health condition of high school students with psychological problem.
