大学生心理韧性、心理症状与自杀风险的关系

The Relationship between Psychological Resilience,Psychopathology and Suicidal Risks in Chinese College Students

目的考察大学生的心理韧性、心理症状和自杀风险之间的关系。方法采用分层整群随机抽样,抽取398名医科院校的大学生,测量心理韧性、自尊及2个月后的心理症状和自杀风险,共回收343份有效数据。结果多元回归分析发现,心理韧性是心理症状和自杀风险的显著预测变量;以心理韧性为潜在自变量,以2个月后的心理症状和自杀风险为潜在因变量分别建立结构方程模型,发现心理韧性可以有效预测2个月后的心理症状(χ2/df=2.96,RMSEA=0.07,CFI=0.96,GFI=0.91,IFI=0.96,R2=0.52)和自杀风险(χ2/df=2.43,RMSEA=0.06,CFI=0.93,GFI=0.96,IFI=0.93,R2=0.35)。结论心理韧性对一段时间内的心理症状和自杀风险具有预测作用。

Objective To investigate the relationships between psychological resilience, psychopathology and suicidal risks among Chinese college students. Methods A total of 398 college students were randomly selected as stratified groups. The measurements were psychological resilience and two-month later psychopathology and suicidal risks. There were totally 343 valid cases for the final analysis. Results Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that psychological resilience could significantly predict two-months later psychopathology and suicidal risks;taken psychological resilience as the independent latent variable ,psychopathology and suici- dal risks as the dependent latent variables,the structural equation modeling analysis revealed：psychological resilience could effective- ly predict two-month later psychopathology, X2/dr = 2.96 % 3, RMSEA = 0.07, CFI = 0.96, GFI = 0.91, NFI = 0.94, IFI = 0.96, R2 = 0.52 lPsychological resilience could also predict two-month later suicidal risks,X2/df = 2.43 ,RMSEA=0. 06,CFI = 0.9a,GFI = 0.96,NFI = 0.89,IFI=0.93,R2= 0.35. Conclusion Psychological resilience is associated with two-month later psychopathology and suicidal risks in college students.
