摘要
Th22细胞为新近发现的一群不同于Th1、Th2及Th17细胞的CI4+T细胞亚群,其表型为CCR6+CCR4+CCR10+,主要分泌IL-22,但不生成IL-17和IFN-γ.Th22细胞有其独特的基因表达谱及功能谱,协同其它淋巴细胞亚群构成机体错综复杂的免疫调控网络,以维持机体稳态.新近文献报道,Th22细胞及其效应分子IL-22在自身免疫性疾病发生与发展中扮演重要角色,深入探讨Th22细胞生物学特性及其介导的自身免疫性疾病有助于阐明相关疾病病理生理机制,亦为其治疗提供坚实的理论基础.
Th22 cells,distinctly separated from Th1,Th2 and Th17 cells,are a newly identified subset of CD4+ T helper cells.With the CCR6+ CCR4+ CCR10+ phenotype,Th22 cells are characterized by the secretion of IL-22,but not IL-17 or IFN-γ.Th22 cells represent a T cell subset with stable and unique expressional and functional profile.As part of the immune system,Th22 or IL-22 plays a role in the innate immunity of tissue cells,protecting tissues from damage and enhancing tissue regeneration.Recent evidence has revealed that Th22 subset and its major effector IL-22 play a critical role in the pathophysiology of autoimmune diseases.Further research to elucidate the biological characteristics of Th22 subset and its roles in autoimmune diseases would be of great benefit for understanding the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases,and for the development of therapeutic strategy.
