无管化输尿管镜技术在处理输尿管中下段石街中的应用

目的 探讨无管化输尿管镜技术治疗输尿管中下段石街的方法及临床效果.方法 2008年10月～2012年10月,对37例上尿路结石患者行输尿管镜下碎石取石术后形成输尿管中下段石街的病例在拔除双J管的同时,对输尿管中下段石街进行处理,术后均不留置输尿管支架管.结果 局麻治疗成功36例,腰硬联合麻醉处理l例,手术时间为15 ～ 54min,平均37min,术中无输尿管穿孔等严重并发症,术后无发热,无明显腰部疼痛及尿频、尿急等膀胱刺激症状.结论 输尿管镜术后形成的输尿管中下段石街再次处理时,可以不放置输尿管支架管,既简便又安全可靠,值得应用.

Objectives To explore the clinical effect of stentless ureteroscopic technique in the treatment of ureteral stone street of middle or lower segments.Methods From 0ct 2008 to 0ct 2012,37 cases patients with unilateral ureteral stone street of middle or lower segments,were treated with Ureteroscopy,postoperative ureteral stents tube were not retained.Results 36 cases were successfully treated with Local anesthesia,Lumbar epidural anesthesia handling one cases,operation time was 15-54 minutes,average 37 min,No intraoperative complication was recorded in the form of ureteral perforation,no heat,no obvious waist pain and frequency,urgency and bladder irritation symptoms postoperatively.Conclusions Ureteroscopy postoperative formation of the ureter in the middle or lower Stone Street is processed again,may not be placed ureteral stent,easy,safe and reliable,it is worth Application.
